DJ SERVICE AGREEMENT

- Services. DJ Nene (Apex Diversified LLC) will provide DJ/MC services for the date, time, and location stated above, including professional sound system and music programming appropriate for the event.
- Deposit. A non-refundable booking deposit of $250 has been paid to hold the date. The date is not fully confirmed until this agreement is signed.
- Balance Due. The remaining balance, based on the package and options selected by Client, is due no later than 7 days before the event (or upon presenter’s request for late bookings).
- Overtime. Overtime, if available, will be billed at the rate of $___ per hour, payable at the event.
- Client Responsibilities. Client will provide:
- Safe, stable power source within 25 ft of setup area
- Adequate, covered space for DJ equipment
- Venue access at least 60 minutes before start time
- Cancellations / Reschedules. The $250 deposit is non-refundable. If Client cancels within 14 days of the event, full balance may be due. Reschedules are subject to availability.
- Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control (extreme weather, government restrictions, etc.); deposit remains non-refundable.
- Media. DJ may take short video/photos of the setup/event for promotional use unless Client opts out here: ☐ Do not use my event images.
- Indemnification. Client agrees to be responsible for guest damage to DJ equipment.
